It would be useful for you to know that the expert is acting as an expert witness and he is there to prepare a medico-legal report for the court. In order to help our experts to prepare your medco-legal report the following suggestions may help:
- Bring a Photo ID and proof of address with you.
- A pre accident questionnaire will be sent to you before your appointment. Please complete it before you attend.
- Attend on time to avoid any delays or missing your appointment.
- Do not exaggerate any symptoms or make any up. Be accurate in your description.
- Remember to inform the expert about any past medical history of accidents, incidents, injuries or any similar symptoms and what treatment you have had.
- Take pictures of any injuries and email them to us 48 hours prior to the appointment.
- Mention the impact of accident on your psychological health, on your general health and wellbeing, your life at home, your work, personal life, domestic duties leisure and sports.
