Medicals (UK) Ltd will contact the claimant within 2 working days to advise them of the medical report process.
Guidance / Appointment Date
An appointment date will be provided with the claimants approval once consent has been received.
Examined By Expert
The claimant is then examined by the expert and a high quality report is produced by the expert.
Uploaded onto the OICL Portal
The medical report is received by Medical (UK) Ltd within 14 days of examination from the expert and uploaded onto the OICL Portal for the client to review.
Response to the claimant within 14 Days
Any challenges on the medical report that are submitted will be passed to the expert and a response will be sent back to the claimant within 14 days.
Report Submitted
Once the claimant agrees to the report the report is then submitted.
