Medicals (UK) Ltd will provide support to claimants all the way through the claim process ensuring a stress fee experience.

Medicals (UK) Ltd have set timescales for their services to unrepresented claimants. These are in line with the MEDCO service levels.

Medicals (UK) Ltd analyse the SLA’s on a monthly basis to monitor, maintain consistency and to improve service standards. We have continued to maintain a high standard of performance as per the MedCo requirement.

Obtaining Your Medical Report

Medicals (UK) Ltd will the receives instructions via OICL portal
Medicals (UK) Ltd will contact the claimant
Medicals (UK) Ltd will contacts the claimant within 1 working day to advise them of the medical report process and to request consent for the type of medical examination they require (face to face or via a remote video call).
Appointment Date
An appointment date will be provided with the claimants approval once consent has been received. We will contact the claimant within 2 working days of receiving the consent (remote video or face to face examination) and arrange a suitable appointment.
Examined By Expert
The claimant is then examined by the expert and a high quality report is produced by the expert.
Uploaded onto the OICL Portal
The medical report is received by Medical (UK) Ltd within 14 days of examination from the expert and uploaded onto the OICL Portal for the client to review.
Response to the claimant within 14 Days
Any challenges on the medical report that are submitted will be passed to the expert and a response will be sent back to the claimant within 14 days.
Report Submitted
Once the claimant agrees to the report the report is then submitted.
